FLORENCE Margaret Anita Wilson, 77, of Florence passed away Friday, December 31, 2019. Beverly E. Gaska. Planting will take place in Spring of the following year. Margaret was born in Bryson City, February 17, 1919, a daughter of the late Grover and Exie Wilson. Memorial donations may be made to the Katy Baptist Church, P.O. "Pat was very active at St. Michael's throughout the years and worked on many receptions, filled in as church secretary, was a member of St. Ann's, Altar Guild, Women on Wednesday, baked communion bread, cooked meals for homeless teens, and compiled the church newsletter.Family vacations were an annual event and eagerly anticipated by all. After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year. Dr. Wilson served on countless boards and committees for the school system and the County in a variety of civic enterprises for the benefit of Arlington citizens. Mrs Wilson is survived by her son, David L. Wilson of Barrackville, and her cousins, Matilda Davis of Fairmont, and Clyde W. and his wife Mary Davis of Fairmont.
