Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. His father passed when he was a baby and he was raised by his mother and Jim Adkins. She worked as a housekeeper, servicing many businesses in Decatur, until her retirement at the age of 62. Roger was born on May 21, 1959, in Aurora, IL, the son of Harvey Clifton and Charlotte (McCaslin) Estes.
